"I am writing this to warn the public about ARLEY BLAIR especially elderly consumers, about the dangerous and predatory behavior of an agent at this office Arley Blair . We have been forced to hire an attorney and file a formal restraining order against her today due to her unhinged, illegal actions.Our experience includes:
Fraudulent Billing & Discrepancies: She claimed our policy was canceled on July 31st, yet we were still billed for two premium payments on the 3rd and 11th.

False Claims Denial: She falsely denied a legitimate claim and has repeatedly lied about a home visit in May, despite our policy being fully active. We filed no claim and after checking her license she's not even qualified to perform home inspections. Why she lied about being at our home, we don't know. She is acting well outside her licensing, which is strictly for a sales agent, not a claims adjuster.
Severe Elder Harassment: She has repeatedly harassed, called, and terrified my 71-year-old mother, who is a two-time stroke survivor, claiming she visited our property in May. Our security cameras prove she was never there
.Weaponizing Law Enforcement: After explicitly instructing her in writing to cease all contact and communicate only through our attorney, she deliberately ignored the request. Instead, she weaponized the Hobart Police Department to perform a fraudulent "welfare check" on us to continue her harassment.This individual is a liability, cannot produce required legal disclosures, and is actively targeting a vulnerable senior citizen. If you have elderly parents, keep them far away from this agent. Corporate compliance, the state insurance commissioner, and law enforcement have been notified. We've filled a restraining order today 08/25/26. This woman needs psychiatric help and is very dangerous."
